The 291UL repairs up to 3/8″, 10mm injuries in the crown area of both radial and bias light truck, truck, agricultural and OTR tires. The 291UL cap has cross weave technology which allows the repair to flex, resist heat and reinforce the inner liner of the tire. The 291UL comes with a lead wire attached thus ensuring a simple and fast insertion of these repair units into the tire injury. TECH’s gray cushion gum is applied to both the stem and the cap of the 291UL, thus assuring superior vulcanization and a permanent repair.

TECH Uni-Seal Ultra one-piece repair units provide a simple, quick, and safe method to properly repair radial and bias tires with injury angles less than 25 degrees. These repairs meet or exceed international tire industry guidelines for proper puncture repair. Tires repaired with Uni-Seal Ultras are permanently filled by the stem and strengthened by the thick, non-fabric-reinforced rubber cap. The stem and cap of the repair are sealed and vulcanized to the tire with TECH’s thick chemical cushion gum.

This smaller version of the Markal® Quik Stik stores easily in a pocket or tool belt and easily advances with the turn of a knob, allowing for full use of the marker. The high-performance paint dries quickly to leave bold, permanent marks on most surfaces.
Permacure Truck repair is a nylon re-inforced rubber insert wrapped with Tech’s gray chemical cushion gum. The #224 is designed to repair injuries in bias and radial medium and heavy truck tires. Tire Industry recommendations state that the tire should be demounted and repaired from the inside, using suitable rubber vulcanizing material and appropriate repair unit on the innerliner. One box of #224 includes 40 repairs.
Square All Purpose repair designed for use in radial or bias tires. 2 1/4″ (55mm) diameter. Use with appropriate injury filler material for a permanent industry recommended repair. Can also be used to repair tubes. The #116 includes 65 patches per tub.
The 251-1UL Uni-Seal Ultra Stem is for 5/16″ (8mm) prepared injury sizes, as part of a two piece repair. The 251-1UL are packed 20 stems per box.
TECH Uni-Seal Ultra Stems feature a lead wire for quick easy installation in prepared tire injuries. Each stem is wrapped with TECH’s thick chemical cushion gum which permanently fills, seals, and vulcanizes to the tire. These stems must be used in conjunction with the appropriate repair unit on the inside of the tire.
The #6039 Quik Fix universal patch is designed for use on both bias and radial tires, but can also be used for some tube repairs. The #6039 is square patch measuring 2-1/4″ (55mm) in diameter. There are 80 universal patches per box.
